"Surprisingly good help with my order"
I had a question about my order and wasn’t expecting much, since customer service usually feels like a runaround. But they got back to me fast, were actually friendly, and fixed the issue without making it into some huge hassle. I’m still a little skeptical of support teams in general, but this was a really solid experience

"Hours weren’t updated and it was frustrating"
I don’t mind the store itself, but the hours online really need to be kept up to date. I stopped by after work because the website said they were open, only to get there and find the place closed. I tried figuring out who to contact about it and felt kind of passed around, like nobody really had a clear answer. Just frustrating when you plan your day around their posted hours.

My order from Hollywood Feed showed up packed really well. I was a little worried because sometimes boxes get beat up in transit, but this one was fine, nothing was crushed, leaking, or weird when I opened it. Happy with how it arrived, no complaints from me.

"Helpful advice, just wish the info was clearer"
I was feeling mentally drained trying to figure out what to feed my older dog with stomach issues, so it was a relief to get some decent help. The nutrition tips actually made sense and helped me feel a little less lost. I just wish a few of the items had clearer information online so I didn’t have to keep digging around.

I’ve just been really happy with everything I’ve picked up for my dog. The treats always seem fresh and good quality, and they don’t crumble into a mess. The toys have held up well too, which is just nice because my dog can be rough on them.

I stopped in because I wasn’t really sure what food might help with my dog’s itchy skin, and the staff was great. They walked me through a few options and explained the differences without making me feel pressured to buy the most expensive thing. For my situation, that was exactly what I needed. I keep coming back here because they really do show up for local rescues and pet events, not just in a vague “we support pets” kind of way. I’ve noticed the little stuff, like flyers for adoption days by the checkout and staff actually knowing which groups are coming in. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been genuinely kind, too. It just feels better spending my money at a place that seems to care about the community

"These Rewards Actually Help"
I didn’t expect the rewards to add up that fast, but they really do. I’ve been using them toward dog food, and thank goodness because dog food is somehow getting more expensive every time I turn around. Like, why is feeding a dog basically a monthly bill now? Anyway, the savings have been super helpful and I’m not mad about getting a little money back on stuff I’m already buying.

I’ve been using autoship for my dog’s food, it’s been really simple to manage. I can move the delivery date or skip an order when we still have extra food, which is great. I will say, I sometimes still feel a little paranoid it’ll ship before I remember to check it, but so far there’s been no hassle at all. Overall, I really appreciate how easy it’s been

The exchange did go through, so that’s the main thing. It just took a while longer than I expected. I kept checking back, then got distracted with other stuff, then checked again and it was still processing. Not a huge problem, just a little slower than I’d hoped.

I usually like ordering from Hollywood Feed, and the stuff I get is fine once it shows up. But my delivery was delayed one time without much of an update, and it kind of made me feel like their shipping in general might be a little unreliable. Sometimes it arrives right when it’s supposed to, other times not so much. It’s not a terrible experience, but I do wish the delivery side was more consistent...

"Convenient, but Nothing Super Special"
I ordered dog food from hollywoodfeed.com and picked it up curbside after work. It was ready quickly, and I liked that I didn’t have to go inside. I just called when I got there, and someone brought it out within a couple of minutes. Overall, it was easy and hassle-free, which is great when I’m in a hurry. I wouldn’t say it was an amazing experience or anything, but it got the job done and I’d probably use it again.
